Administrative Framework Task Force

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
 
The Capacity Building Unit (CBU) of CDPHE is working in partnership with the RMSWWA to develop and implement an Administrative Framework for the CBU’s 2015 Training Strategy. The Administrative Framework will define the processes, guidelines and expected outcomes for training activities supported by the CBU and is intended to assist in the decision making regarding the allocation of funds and resources for public water system training services in the future.  The key elements of the project include:
 
RMSAWWA will facilitate the development of seven deliverables that will make up the Administrative Framework. The deliverables will be developed by the Administrative Framework Task Force and recommended to the CBU for approval. The final Administrative Framework will be a compilation of the seven deliverables organized in an accessible, easy to implement format including:
 
  • Need-to-Know Criteria Assessment
  • Training Assessment Plan
  • Core Curriculum Management Plan
  • Web Portal Statement of Work
  • Career Pathways Roadmap
  • Train-the-Trainer Program Design
