Workforce Convening 3.0 – "You're Hired!" (and what it takes to hear or say these words)
from the RMSAWWA Sustainable Workforce Committee 

May 5-6 from 8:30am-4:00pm (both days) - VIEW AGENDA 
Check-in starts at 7:30am 
*Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks included. 5 hours of contact/instruction time per day for PDUs. 

Optional Networking Event: Tuesday, May 5 from 4:00-6:00pm

ATTENTION WATER SECTOR & HR PROFESSIONALS - Whether you’re trying to fill critical roles, build a sustainable workforce, or strengthen your hiring practices, this convening is for you. This 2-day workshop will cover the following: 

  • Practical strategies for recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
  • Real-world insights from water sector and HR professionals 
  • Meaningful discussion, collaboration, and idea-sharing 
  • Built-in networking with peers across the region

Event Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions. Cancellations provided at least 14 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations provided at least 7 days in advance of the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 1-6 days prior to event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for same day cancellations or no-shows. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time. RMSAWWA reserves the right to evaluate and modify this policy on a case-by-case basis due to qualifying circumstances such as death of immediate family member, illness, etc. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to [email protected].
