Event Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions. Cancellations provided at least 14 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations provided at least 7 days in advance of the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 1-6 days prior to event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for same day cancellations or no-shows. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time.
