CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Attendees: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions. Cancellations provided at least 14 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations provided at least 7 days in advance of the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 1-6 days prior to event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for same day cancellations or no-shows. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time.

Exhibitors: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following terms. Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 14–29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 13 days or fewer prior to the event, or for no-shows.

*No refunds will be issued for sponsors. 

RMSAWWA reserves the right to evaluate and modify this policy on a case-by-case basis due to qualifying circumstances such as death of immediate family member, illness, etc. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to [email protected].
