2019 Joint Annual Conference Keystone Resort Keystone, Colorado September 9 - 11, 2019  

Each year the Rocky Mountain Section AWWA (RMSAWWA) and Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA) conduct a Joint Annual Conference (JAC). 

This year’s conference will be held September 9-11, 2019 at the Keystone Resort in downtown Keystone, Colorado.  Over 1,200 attendees are expected including utilities, managers, operators, vendors, engineers, regulators, students, and others. This year’s conference theme is, “What’s brewing in Rocky Mountain water.” 

We are preparing an excellent technical program and are continuing many of the exhibit hall and networking features that have made this conference the premier water industry event.

2019 Water Taste Test Entry Form

Submit your utility's drinking water to the Best of the Rocky Mountain Region Taste Test.  We will have a terrific panel of experienced, veteran judges and media reporters to judge your water on taste, odor, appearance, and quality.  Click here to download the entry form.  Please have your entries submitted by August 31 by emailing the entry form to  Your water utility must have no federal or state drinking water violations in the calendar year, and must have one attendee at the JAC.  The winner will compete in the 2019 "Best of the Best" Taste Test at ACE.  Good Luck!
