Exhibit Booth and Sponsorship Information

What’s Included as an Exhibitor?

You will have the opportunity to reach dozens of operators and supervisors while showcasing your products and services on Wednesday, October 11th and Thursday, October 12th.  Set up is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th in the afternoon through COB (5:30 pm).  Opportunities include dedicated Exhibit time with all conference breaks and lunch occurring in the Exhibit Hall. 

The following is included with exhibit booth purchase:

• Exhibit Space (10x10) booth with table and two chairs (also includes access to electrical at booth; bring your own cord)

• Two (2) Registration Badges for Wednesday & Thursday

• Coffee breaks and lunches on both days of conference
  

• Entrance to Keynote speaker presentation and Conference Sessions

• Additional name badges for other representatvives from your company can be purchased for $125.00

• Complimentary WiFi access in Conference Center

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be made randomly via a drawing after registration closes. You will be notified prior to the conference which booth you have been assigned.

Morning Coffee Break Sponsor (Wednesday and Thursday)  - $175.00

Prize Drawing Donation Sponsor - $25.00 increments

There will be times throughout the Conference where prize drawings will take place. If you would like to instead donate a physical or goods/services prize or prizes please indicate on your online registration and you can bring directly to the conference registration table (or contact info@rmsawwa.org or 720-404-0818).
