Emotional Intelligence is the strongest indicator of a leader’s success. Leaders who have high social and emotional intelligence have a direct correlation to increased productivity and employee satisfaction in an organization. It directly influences a manager’s ability to lead and be successful with her/his team. In this presentation, we will define Emotional Intelligence and help you to develop new skills in self-awareness, behavioral management, other awareness and relationship  management.

Through reflection, discussion, and visualization exercises, attendees will explore how their internal purpose shapes their thoughts, behaviors, and long-term impact. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Denver.
