These must have skills are Emotional Intelligence skills. 80-90% of the competencies that differentiate top performers have to do with Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is the strongest indicator of a leader’s success. Leaders who have high social and emotional intelligence have a direct correlation to increased productivity and employee satisfaction in an organization. It directly influences a manager’s ability to lead and be successful with her/his team. James Davis-Massey is the Founder of the Human Blueprint. He is an executive coach and organization development consultant with experience working with Fortune 200 companies, government and non-profit organizations with nearly 20 years of experience. James is known for his creativity, humor and his ability to unlock the humanness within his clients. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Denver. James lives with his husband, their two children and two pups in Denver.
