What’s Included as an Exhibitor?

You will have the opportunity to reach many operators, supervisors, and other attendees while showcasing your products and services on Tuesday October 14 & Wednesday October 15, 2025.Set up is scheduled for Monday, October 13 in the late afternoon through COB (5:30 pm).Opportunities include dedicated Exhibit time with all conference breaks and lunch occurring in the Exhibit Hall. 

The following is included with exhibit booth purchase:

• Exhibit Space (10x10) booth with table and two chairs (also includes access to electrical at booth; bring your own cord)

• Two (2) Registration Badges for Tuesday & Wednesday 

• Coffee breaks and lunches on both days of conference

• Additional name badges for other representatives from your company can be purchased for $125.00 (price goes up after 8/9/24)

• Complimentary Wi-Fi access in Conference Center

• Invitation to Social Event with Conference attendees on Tuesday evening

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be made randomly via a drawing after registration closes. You will be notified prior to the conference which booth you have been assigned.
