Be a better leader! Learn the group leadership and team-building skills you’ll need to become an effective leader. We are delighted to present a series of five leadership webinars designed for water professionals that will help you build effective leadership skills in areas such as:
- Conscious Leadership: Being an authentic, confident, competent, and impactful leader
- Managing your time, priorities, and schedule
- Leadership Ethics: Focusing on solid values and staying on the ethical high road
- How to create an amazing workplace that steers passion, performance & prosperity
- Cultivating and fostering a workplace of civility
This webinar series will help water professionals develop the qualities of good leadership that are essential for career and organizational success as the industry navigates beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. Each session will be facilitated by a professional leadership skills trainer. Set a course for growth. Get new leadership strategies to bring out the best in you – and your team! TICKETS & PROFESSIONAL CREDITS: - Tickets for each 2-hour session are $50 for members (RMSAWWA/RMWEA) and $75 for non-members
- Members receive a discounted price of $225 for the full series ($335 for nonmembers)
- Training Units for Colorado, New Mexico & Wyoming will be available
- Those who attend all 5 sessions in the series will receive a certificate from RMSAWWA that verifies completion of the Leadership Workshop Series
