What’s Included as an Exhibitor?

You will have the opportunity to reach many operators, supervisors, and other attendees while showcasing your products and services on Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th.  Set up is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th in the late afternoon through COB (5:30 pm).  Opportunities include dedicated Exhibit time with all conference breaks and lunch occurring in the Exhibit Hall. 

The following is included with exhibit booth purchase:

• Exhibit Space (10x10) booth with table and two chairs (also includes access to electrical at booth; bring your own cord)

• Two (2) Registration Badges for Wednesday & Thursday

• Coffee breaks and lunches on both days of conference

• Additional name badges for other representatives from your company can be purchased for $125.00 (prices goes up after 8/9/24)

• Complimentary WiFi access in Conference Center

• Invitation to Social Event with Conference attendees on Wednesday evening

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be made randomly via a drawing after registration closes. You will be notified prior to the conference which booth you have been assigned.
