Should you choose to stay at the Best Western Plaza in Longmont, you can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (303) 776-2000 or (800) 843-8240 and refer to Joint Winter Planning Meeting.  The rate for the room is $98.00 and you’ll be placed in the Executive Wing.  Your reservation also entitles you to Breakfast.  Deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, January 13, 2018.
