Keynote speaker will be NMED Cabinet Secretary James Kenney who will speak on "Issues, Challenges, and New Directors for the New Mexico Environment Department". This year's luncheon will also include a Parking Lot Expo. Misco Water and James, Cooke & Hobson, Inc. will display water and wastewater equipment in the northwest parking lot.
