Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities
Participating in the New Mexico Water Workshop as a sponsor or exhibitor is a great way to leverage your presence at the conference and put your organization’s name in front of all attendees. All sponsors and exhibitors will be recognized in the 2020 conference program and will be identified at the events. Company name or logo will be posted on sponsor identification boards throughout the conference area and on the Rocky Mountain Section website. The following is included for sponsors and exhibitors:
Bronze Sponsor ($300 Each)
- Company name/ logo in conference program as Sponsor
- Company name/ logo on sponsorship signage for conference events including RMSAWWA website
- Verbal recognition from the head table at the Opening and Closing Sessions
Silver Exhibitor & Sponsor ($700 Each)
As a Silver Sponsor your company will receive all the Bronze level benefits, plus the following:
- One (1) table-top booth located in the Exhibit Hall with table and two chairs
- One (1) complimentary exhibitor registration badge for Thursday & Friday
- Entrance to Keynote speaker presentation
- Coffee breaks Thursday & Friday as well as lunch each day in Exhibit Hall
- Up to two (2) additional name exhibitor name badges for other representatives from your company working your booth can be purchased for $75.00 each
- Complimentary WiFi access in Conference Center
- Invitation to Networking Event with Workshop attendees on Thursday evening
Gold Exhibitor & Sponsor ($1,000 Each)
As a Gold Sponsor your company will receive all the Bronze level benefits, plus the following:

- Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registration badge for Thursday & Friday

Exhibitor Booth Information:
The Committee will assign booth spaces and locations on a first-served basis according to the exhibit hall floor plan to the right. After exhibitor registrations are received, the committee will contact exhibitors to assign the booth space. The Committee reserves the right to adjust booth spaces as needed.
