Tickets for each 2-hour session are $45 for members (RMSAWWA/RMWEA) and $65 for non-members. Members receive a discounted price of $300 for the full series ($475 for nonmembers)
Training Units for Colorado will be available (New Mexico & Wyoming are under review).
Those who attend six (6) sessions in the series will receive a certificate from RMSAWWA that verifies completion of the Leadership Workshop Series.

CoachEQ founder & CEO Deborah Westcott will talk about what Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is, the specific ways that EQ can transform the leaders inside your organizations, and how those transformations produce lasting results. Using her 40+ years of experience as a trainer, teacher, and psychotherapist, Deborah will reveal the path to better employee retention, stronger professional relationships, authentic company culture, and an increased bottom line. Learning Objectives: - Be able to define Emotional Intelligence.

- Understand the importance of emotional intelligence to both you and the organization you work in.
SPEAKER BACKGROUND
Deborah Westcott has a coaching certificate as a Professional Certified Coach, as well as a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She has worked as an educator, coach, consultant, and psychotherapist for more than 40 years. Her area of expertise is Emotional Intelligence and believes that Emotional Intelligence skills are what people need to be successful, both in their professional and personal lives. She has presented both locally and nationally.
Using Emotional Intelligence as her foundation, Deb specializes in helping people be responsible for their lives, make choices that serve them and be more confident and assertive in achieving their professional and personal goals. She supports people as they take on new behaviors that increase their ability to be successful. Deb is also known for her humor and her engaging style as a presenter and teacher. She loves water and is often found on lakes and rivers kayaking and fly fishing.
