Filters are a critical component of all water treatment plants so it is also crucial to monitor the performance and health of your filters to maintain optimal treatment.  Let’s build on what we know with the Advanced Filter Surveillance Workshop. This Water Treatment Committee workshop will provide information on best practices, improving logistics and interpreting filter surveillance data from the perspective of different utilities. It will also include a field demonstration of how filter surveillance samples and data are gathered at the Binney Water Treatment Plant.

The plant is South off of Quincy Rd, East of E470. If you plan to use GPS, set your destination as the Pronghorn Natural Area. The plant is directly across the street. If you enter the plant address as your destination, GPS will likely take you to the wrong location.
