The key to being an authentic, confident, competent, and impactful leader is leading with intention rather than leading from a place of reaction and unconsciousness. Conscious leaders are open, curious, and willing to learn. During this workshop participants will mine for their authentic leadership values, connect with their nervous system, and gain insights and tools to lead consciously.

James Davis-Massey is an executive coach and organization development consultant with experience working with Fortune 200 companies, government and non-profit organizations with nearly 20 years of experience. James is known for his creativity, humor and his ability to unlock the humanness within his clients. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Denver.
